We moved to Sloane last week, and since day one, we’ve been truly impressed by how helpful and welcoming the team has been. Moving can be stressful, but from the moment we first visited Sloane, everyone made us feel supported and taken care of. The amenities are fantastic, and everything in the South Tower is brand new and beautifully finished. Every space looks great and smells clean and fresh, which makes a big difference. Even though we've only been here for a week, we’re already in love with the place! A big thank you to the amazing team who made our experience so smooth: Maddie, who patiently answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect floorplan for our needs. Mathew, who proactively reached out to check if we needed anything and has been doing an incredible job following up on everything. Nina, who was wonderful in showing me the available storage units and patiently teaching me how to use the app. Also, thank you to Priya, Logan, Roy, and Iqram — each of them has been kind, responsive, and supportive in this first week. And we can’t forget to mention our little dog, Nutella — she was included in every welcome message we received, and everyone has been so kind to her. She already loves living here too! We’re truly glad we chose this building — it’s been a five-star experience so far!

Sloane (Fitzrovia) has been the best rental experience I’ve had! When they say they’re elevating rental living, they mean it—bringing hotel living to life (it really does feel like the Tipton for any Family Channel friends!). Tas, our leasing agent, was so kind and accommodating and patient with updates my partner and I had. Our concierge team: Priya, Lindsey, Mariam, Nina, Bereket, Yikanu, Jasmine…everyone has contributed to this elevated living experience. Their attention to detail and effort to bring luxury living to residents has come to fruition. Maintenance request? The team has responded to it immediately. Housekeeping team? Always friendly, smiling, and considerate. Security team? We always see them and they’re around supporting the safety of the building. As much as I want to protect this little corner of the rental world, I cannot stop shouting from the rooftops of how blessed we have been to land a home at Sloane.

This apartment community truly stands out for its exceptional service, beautiful construction, and welcoming atmosphere. The building itself is impressively designed, with a modern layout and high-quality construction that immediately leaves a strong impression. Words almost fall short when trying to praise how thoughtfully and well the building has been designed. From the very beginning, the leasing process was handled with great professionalism. Leasing associate Ruby did an outstanding job—she consistently provided clear and detailed information, patiently answered repeated questions, and always responded with kindness and a warm attitude. Her dedication made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The concierge team—Priya, Lindsey, Yikanu, Mariam, and Claire—is always polite, approachable, and helpful, ensuring residents feel valued and supported at all times. The cleaning team maintains the building exceptionally well, keeping every corner spotless, while the security team is attentive and supportive, contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment. Overall, the combination of excellent staff, outstanding service, and remarkable building design makes this apartment community an amazing place to live and highly recommended.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a very comfortable place to call home. The building is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The staff is excellent — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something is needed. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping the building running smoothly and making residents feel supported. One thing I appreciate is that they organize community events from time to time. It’s a nice touch that gives residents the opportunity to meet each other and creates a sense of community without feeling forced. It definitely contributes to a positive and friendly environment. Overall, it’s been a great living experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I recently visited The Sloane, where my daughters live, and I was truly impressed. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to acknowledge the wonderful team here. A big thank you to Maddie, the leasing agent, for being incredibly helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. And a heartfelt shout-out to the concierge team — Mariam, Priya, and Lindsey — who have consistently gone above and beyond. They are warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Knowing my daughters are surrounded by such kind and attentive staff gives me great peace of mind. I’m genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and care everyone shows. The Sloane truly feels like a home, not just a building.

Loving living at Sloane! Moved in July 1 to a welcoming bow on our door, welcoming presents ($200 presto card , $100 10Dean coffee/bar and more!!! ) And to a spectacular panoramic view of the city with fireworks exploding in every direction all night!!! Such a gorgeous building with beautiful lounges and amenities!!!! Feels like the most welcoming gorgeous resort with an exception staff!! Love our concierge team!!! We are always greeted professionally, with a smile and they are so helpful to make everything perfect for us!!! Just no words to explain their wonderful! Thank you Priya and Bereket!!

Living at Sloane has been amazing. The building is always clean, the facilities are top notch, and everything is well taken care of. What really stands out is the service. Mariam, Priya, and Lindsey at the front desk are incredible. They are always friendly, quick to help, and make sure both me and my guests feel welcome. You can tell they truly care about the people who live here. Sloane does not just feel like home, it is home.

I wanted to especially shoutout Priya, Mariam & Lindsey , Yikanu & Jack for providing such a great experience to me and my family and for treating us with the utmost care! I absolutely love The Sloane. From my very first tour, I felt genuinely welcomed and have continued to feel well taken care of ever since. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. Special thanks to Jonathan and Phillip on the maintenance team for always being helpful and approachable, and to the amazing concierge team — Lindsay, Priya, Miriam, Clair, Jasmine, and Yikanu — who consistently go above and beyond. Tas also made the rental and move-in process seamless and stress-free. The amenities are truly next level. Choosing The Sloane was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
